You must have a very bad internet connection.

Can you try the downloads at a friends home / school / university / work?

But with that internet connection, I’m not sure if you will be able to play online… Do other games work for you?

When Im unzip the pack_lite_v8_5 I get a lot of error in the unzip and its extract only 27 file. (its write the files he try to unzip  is Corrupt :\ )

To start single player games or connect to multiplayer games you need a “lobby client” (the most popular are springlobby, nota lobby, zero-k lobby).

You must download and install the engine and the lobby client. The lobby client will download games (also known as “mods” -> BA) and maps for you.

I suggest that you download:

SpringRTS engine: http://springrts.com/wiki/Download

springlobby: http://www.springlobby.info/

Install the engine first, then the lobby. When the lobby starts it wants you to register with a name, after that you can right-click on any game and choose “download mod” and “download map”.

You can also download NOTA lobby (originally made for another game, but works with also with BA): http://nota.machys.net/downloads and then download BA like mentioned above.
